REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At TwinTailFit, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Apparel must have all tags attached.

Include your order number in your request.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Final-sale items

Used/worn apparel

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns (wrong size or changed mind): customer pays return shipping.

Defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping.

Exchanges: return the original item, and we ship the replacement. Customer pays return shipping.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days to process the refund to your original payment method.

Free shipping applies only to the original order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
